Smarr Attends Fortune Magazine's "Brainstorm 2001"

When Fortune  magazine wanted to know where technology is headed, it turned to Calit² director Larry Smarr. Smarr is one of only ten academics invited by the publication to participate in its "Brainstorm 2001" conference in Aspen, Colorado August 1-3. According to Fortune, its top editors and writer invited the "smartest" people they know to tackle "key issues the world faces in the near future--human, social national, global, environment."
