WebEx Meeting Center Available
WebEx Communications, a Calit² industrial partner, has made the WebEx Meeting Center available to all Calit² participants. The Meeting Center is a web-based service that integrates data, audio, and video to enable effective and economical communication via interactive, online meetings. We encourage you to take advantage of this group collaboration environment.
Features available to meeting participants include the ability to:
- Give any presentation to anyone, anywhere.
- Demonstrate software live.
- Allow anyone in the meeting to view, annotate, and edit any document electronically.
- Share an application on your system or share your entire desktop.
- Use remote control to provide support on the web.
- Take meeting participants on a web tour.
- Integrate teleconferencing into your meeting.
- Add video to personalize your meeting.
The Calit² Meeting Center may be found at http://calit2.webex.com. The first time you connect, click on the "New User" button to download the necessary browser plugin to support the meeting service. After that, click on the "Register" link to create your WebEx account (office). You may further personalize your account by clicking on "Office Profile."
