Bio:

Research: Mark's research interest is in Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW).  In particular, she is interested in how technologies can support large-scale remote team collaboration. Other interests include studying distributed work and technology use in general, technology adoption, collaborative information visualization, and empirical studies of requirements engineering.
